Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing initiatives tailored to the healthcare/BFSI sector, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Assist in content creation for digital and offline channels, aligned with medical marketing standards.
• Contribute to market research by gathering insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and internal communication policies.
• Monitor campaign performance and help improve engagement, content reach, and conversion rates.
• Support customer journey improvements across medical insurance operations.
• Follow established procedures for consistent, organized marketing and communication activities.
• Work under the guidance of senior marketing staff, with defined decision-making boundaries and financial authority.

Requirement:

• Min 2+year experience in similar profession.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred Arabic speaking.
