Job Description

Do you want to turn Digital Asset Management into a business enabler? As our DAM Taxonomy & Delivery Specialist, you will support the evolution and adoption of the Aprimo DAM platform across Demant’s global organization.


You will manage taxonomy, metadata, governance, and platform delivery while ensuring Aprimo evolves in line with business needs, market trends, and Aprimo’s roadmap. You will translate business needs - both from HQ and local Sales Companies - into clear platform capabilities.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Drive Aprimo as a strategic platform that supports commercial value and operational efficiency.
  • Identify business opportunities supported by DAM capabilities.
  • Translate global and local business requirements into platform enhancements.
  • Follow the Aprimo roadmap and plan feature adoption.
  • Coordinate deployments and testing (UAT, regression) with external consultants.
  • Manage documentation, communication, and rollout processes.
  • Maintain and evolve taxonomy and metadata to support discoverability and scalability.
  • Collaborate across marketing, brand, IT, and global markets.
  • Support user adoption, training, and continuous improvement of the platform.

  • You have experience with DAM systems (ideally Aprimo).
  • You have a strong business mindset and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • You have experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, and vendor coordination.
  • You have hands-on experience managing deployments and testing.
  • You are a strong communicator able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in English.

  • You have experience working in an international environment and collaborating with global stakeholders.
