Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern to support content creation and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook This is an on-site internship focused on creating, scheduling, and managing social content that supports real business goals. This role is for someone who wants hands-on experience, not observation.

What You Will Work On:

• Create and publish social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist with writing captions and short-form marketing copy aligned with brand voice
• Design simple graphics and visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Support a content calendar and posting schedule across platforms
• Monitor engagement and help track basic performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal team members to align content with marketing priorities
• Support additional marketing projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate pursuing marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business use
• Basic understanding of social media best practices and content formats
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions

Portfolio Requirement

• A portfolio of past marketing or social media work is required
• Examples must include content created for LinkedIn, Instagram, and/or Facebook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using social media scheduling tools
• Familiarity with basic analytics and engagement tracking
• Experience creating content for business or B2B audiences
• Basic design experience using Canva or similar tools
