A dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in the trading and distribution of diverse product categories, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are committed to quality, reliability, and building strong client relationships to deliver efficient supply solutions across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
* Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery for clients.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role, preferably within the trading or distribution sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
* Demonstrable ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
* Must have a strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
