Education and Experience Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years related experience to include experience managing professional level employees or program management or Position PurposeThe Marketing Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading optimization efforts for the full Marketing Quality Assurance team, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance of all external-facing Marketing materials. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, managing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement across Marketing operations. This includes identifying and delivering new ways of working to ensure the quality review process is the most efficient and effective that it can be while maintaining the Company's high standard of excellence. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

  1. Create, oversee, and deliver a comprehensive quality assurance strategy and process that spans the entire Marketing organization .
  2. Champion a culture of quality and accountability across teams .
  3. Align Quality Assurance goals with broader Corporate Communications and Marketing objectives .
  4. Oversee growth of the Quality Assurance team while helping to develop operating strategies that ensure the team is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
  5. Develop and maintain good partner relationships; maintain an understanding of Marketing team priorities and ability to communicate to team.
  6. Engage with cross-functional partners, including participating as a Workfront and Process Champion .
  7. Edit and proofread marketing materials for style, usage and brand compliance .
  8. Partner with internal project management and other Marketing teams to ensure projects run smoothly, are delivered on-time and meet the client’s expectations .
  9. Support the brand vision set by Marketing leadership and reinforce vision in review of materials developed by Marketing team .
  10. Maintain and evolve Quality Assurance SOPs, checklists and reference resources .
  11. Create a team of problem-solvers to enhance the overall Marketing Quality Assurance process .
  12. Partner with Marketing leadership team to proactively provide strategic guidance on process and quality improvements .
  13. Serve as a partner and leader in developing and implementing a comprehensive Marketing quality assurance process .
  14. Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators .
  15. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in content quality and compliance .

  2. Extremely detail-oriented with superb interpersonal relationship skills.
  3. Able to anticipate opportunities of preparedness and action for next steps.
  4. Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront) and quality tracking systems.
  5. Able to manage and collaborate with others.
  6. Strong creative instincts and a passion for the business.
  7. Is trustworthy, enthusiastic, proactive; demonstrates initiative, adaptability and flexibility.


This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
