Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years related experience to include experience managing professional level employees or program management or Position PurposeThe Marketing Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading optimization efforts for the full Marketing Quality Assurance team, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance of all external-facing Marketing materials. This role is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, managing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement across Marketing operations. This includes identifying and delivering new ways of working to ensure the quality review process is the most efficient and effective that it can be while maintaining the Company's high standard of excellence.
