As Marketing and Proposal Manager, you pull the many pieces together (the team resumes, the exact requirements from the Statement of Qualifications to the RFP) and turn them into proposals that win work, owning every step of the process from document gathering through proposal prep and PPT, teeing the team up for success. In addition, you are the Company’s culture champion, supporting cohensive brand within the Company and externally, from Company events to swag to employee recognition.

Marketing and Proposal Manager – Benefits for You
The anticipated compensation range for this Marketing and Proposal Manager role is $96,000 to $101,000 annually for candidates with construction industry experience, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and profit sharing. Candidates with experience outside of the construction industry are encouraged to apply; compensation may vary based on industry background and overall experience.
You will be provided with comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits with company contribution, paid holidays, paid time off and sick leave, and a 401k plan, company car or stipend.
You will work from the office in Woodland, Monday through Friday. Your role includes representing the Company at trade association, customer and association events which means flexibility in your schedule and work hours to include occasional evening or early morning events.
