Role Purpose
The Marketing & Digitalspecialistis responsible forleading the execution of local marketing strategies and driving digital capabilities to enhance customer engagement and business growth. The role holds accountability for translating regional strategy into impactful local execution, including content creation, managing digital campaigns, PR activity, productlaunchesand excellence in current portfolio promotion
Key Responsibilities
Supportexecution of local marketing strategy aligned withmanagementpriorities
Own and drive digital marketing initiatives (campaigns, automation, omnichannel engagement)including content creation and customerengagement
Build innovative digital marketing initiatives to differentiate activity vs. competition andinitiateand/or adapt and localize global campaigns and content to the Israeli market
Partner closely with Sales to align marketing activities with commercial priorities
Support inproduct launches and customer engagement initiatives
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI, driving continuous improvement
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and compliance with internal standards
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, BusinessAdministrationor related field
Digital marketing certifications – advantage
Experience
3-4+ years of experience inSales & Marketing and/or digital marketing
Proven experience leading campaigns and initiatives end-to-end
Experience in product launches and promotion
Experience with digital tools (CRM, marketing automation platforms)
Healthcare / MedTech experience – advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong ownership and execution capabilities
Digital mindset and understanding of omnichannel engagement
Data-driven approach with ability to measure impact
