We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing & Corporate Relations Manager to join our team in Shanghai.

The Marketing and Corporate Relations Manager drives revenue growth of our direct sales website, leads brand promotion, manages key corporate client relationships, and aligns marketing, brand and corporate account activities to deliver commercial targets. This role owns both digital direct channel performance and corporate stakeholder engagement.

• 直销网站营收达成
  • 负责直销网站的销售KPI及营收目标；制定并执行在线营销方案，以提升流量、转化率及复购营收。
  • 监控网站运营指标，分析用户行为及活动ROI，持续优化产品展示、促销策略、用户体验及转化漏斗。
  • 与产品、运营及数字化团队协作，推出在线活动、促销及季节性营销计划，确保销售目标达成。
• 品牌营销与推广
  • 制定并执行区域品牌策略及品牌激活计划，以强化目标市场中的品牌知名度和定位。
  • 管理品牌资产、公关内容、社交媒体、线上/线下品牌活动及合作营销项目。
  • 确保所有数字触点、企业沟通及面向客户的物料中，品牌信息保持一致性和连贯性。
• 企业客户关系管理与业务拓展
  • 维护并深化与重点企业客户及行业合作伙伴的关系；担任企业客户在品牌与商务对接方面的主要联络人。
  • 发掘新的企业合作机会，撰写合作方案，协调跨团队资源以落地联合项目，并维护高价值客户的留存。
  • 处理企业客户的咨询、利益相关方沟通及升级后的客户事务，确保客户满意度和忠诚度。
• 跨职能协同与汇报
  • 与销售、产品、运营及区域团队紧密合作，确保营销活动与商业重点方向一致。
  • 定期编制绩效报告，涵盖网站销售数据、品牌活动成效、企业客户动态及商机储备情况，供管理层审阅。
  • 根据需要，支持企业内外部沟通、媒体联络及利益相关方对接工作。

任职要求

• 市场营销、销售、工商管理、传播学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 4年以上市场、企业关系、数字直销或B2B客户管理相关工作经验；有旅游、酒店或汽车租赁行业经验者优先。
• 具备达成数字直销渠道销售目标及策划执行全流程品牌活动的成功经验。
• 较强的企业客户管理、谈判及合作伙伴关系拓展能力。
• 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
• 具备数据驱动思维，能够解读绩效数据并相应调整策略。
• 能够适应快节奏、矩阵式的国际组织工作环境。

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Sales Website Revenue Delivery

• Own sales KPIs and revenue targets for the direct sales website; develop and execute online marketing initiatives to boost traffic, conversion and repeat revenue.
• Monitor website performance metrics, analyse user behavior and campaign ROI, and continuously optimize product listing, promotions, UX and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with product, operations and digital teams to launch online campaigns, promotions and seasonal activities to hit sales targets.

- Brand Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute regional brand strategy and brand activation plans to strengthen brand awareness and positioning in target markets.
• Manage brand assets, PR content, social media, offline/online brand events, and partnership marketing activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, corporate communications and client-facing materials.

- Corporate Client Relationship Management & Business Development

• Maintain and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and industry partners; act as the primary brand & commercial liaison for corporate accounts.
• Identify new corporate cooperation opportunities, draft partnership proposals, coordinate cross-team resources to deliver joint programmes and retain high-value accounts.
• Handle corporate inquiries, stakeholder communications and escalated client matters to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

- Cross-Functional Alignment & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, product, operations and regional teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering website sales, brand campaign results, corporate account updates and pipeline status for leadership review.
• Support corporate communications, media liaison and stakeholder outreach as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Sales，Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
• 4+ years relevant experience in marketing, corporate relations, digital direct sales or B2B client management; travel/hospitality/auto rental industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering digital direct channel sales targets and running end-to-end brand campaigns.
• Strong corporate client management, negotiation and partnership development capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Data-driven mindset, able to interpret performance data and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.
