About the client:

Were looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our client. You'll be part of a fast-growing, future-focused team shaping Sri Lanka's mobility and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness.
• Manage and grow social media presence with engaging and consistent content.
• Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise future strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative designer to brainstorm campaigns and execute content ideas.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest new ideas.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep us ahead in the market.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in marketing, PR, or content creation (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A creative thinker with a strong sense of visual and written storytelling.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience in video editing, photography.
  
• Knowledge or interest in EV, mobility, or logistics industries.
