Regional Marketing Support & Execution
· Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that advance growth objectives across the Florida market.
· Partner with the Associate Director and enterprise marketing teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with enterprise priorities and local market needs.
· Coordinate regional marketing activities across service lines, physician practices, events, community engagement initiatives, and business development efforts.
· Serve as a key marketing contact for Florida physicians, operational leaders, and administrative stakeholders.
· Help identify local market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing recommendations and planning.
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Activation
· Execute Florida-specific marketing tactics across digital, social media, content, email, events, and other marketing channels.
· Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital Experience, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Public Relations teams to support campaign execution and optimization.
· Assist in the development of marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and localized content.
· Support reporting and performance tracking for regional marketing activities and campaigns.
Communications & Public Relations
· Support regional communications needs, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging and communications standards.
· Partner with the Public Relations team to identify local storytelling opportunities, physician visibility initiatives, media opportunities, and community engagement efforts.
· Coordinate content gathering, local announcements, event communications, and other market-specific communications activities.
· Help maintain consistent messaging across internal and external audiences.
Brand Stewardship & Market Presence
· Ensure all Florida marketing materials and communications adhere to HSS brand standards and positioning.
· Support local activation of enterprise brand campaigns and initiatives.
· Coordinate the development of localized content, including physician profiles, patient stories, community initiatives, educational content, and promotional materials.
· Help strengthen HSS's visibility and presence across the Florida market through community, digital, and experiential opportunities.
Relationship Management & Project Coordination
· Build strong working relationships with physicians, practice leaders, operational teams, vendors, and enterprise marketing partners.
· Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strong communication, organization, and timely execution.
· Prepare reports, presentations, status updates, and project materials for both Florida and enterprise stakeholders.
· Support the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, community partnerships, and other regional marketing activities.
