  • The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto untilapproximately late2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview:

The Marketing & Communications Manager reports to the Director, Marketing & Communications and contributes to the planning, development, and execution of content supporting Fidelity Clearing Canada’s marketing and communications strategy. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across the business to support corporate, operational, and incident communications, andcollaborateswith internal teams includingCorporate Affairsand Production Marketing, as needed, to ensure alignment and effective delivery. The Manager also works withexternal vendorsto support digital visibility initiatives, including search,AIenableddiscovery, and paid search (SEM).

What You Will Do

Measureand improve marketing effectiveness

  • Develop and produce regular campaign tracking, performance reporting, and insights to assess effectiveness, inform optimization, and supportdatadrivendecisionmaking

Planand deliver enterprise communications

  • Lead communications planning and execution in support of corporate, operational, and incident communications, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and coordinated approach across the organization.

Developandmaintaincontent and collateral

  • Design, build, andmaintainmarketing and communications content, ensuring a regular cycle ofupdates for collateral, news, and information made available to clients and the public, while upholding brand and regulatory standards.

Supportdigital visibility initiatives

  • Partner with an external vendor to support digital visibility efforts, including search,AIenableddiscovery, and SEM, while ensuring alignment with broader marketing andcommunications objectives

Manageand support events

  • Manage event budgets, including the development and tracking of estimates, working budgets, and actualspend
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop event and meeting content that supports businessobjectivesand enhances stakeholder engagement

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels

  • Own the execution of marketing campaign deliverables across owned, earned, and paid channels to promote Fidelity Clearing Canada’s products and priorities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, andtimelydelivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ yearsof experience working in a fast-paced Product, Marketing and/or general Communications rolerequired

  • University degreeor equivalent work experiencerequired

The Expertise You Bring:

  • A solid understanding of marketing strategy, positioning, and the effective use of marketing and communications channels to support businessobjectives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, withdemonstratedstrengths in writing, editing, and developing clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders.

  • Welldevelopedanalytical, creative, and organizational skills, enabling you to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in afastpacedenvironment.

  • A good understanding of investment and financial services concepts; related qualifications (e.g., industry designations) are considered an asset but are notrequired

  • Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus A competitive annual range of $99,000 to $135,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
