Whatyou’lldo:

  • Leverage data and insightstodeeplyunderstandclient needs andbehavioursto inform and optimise marketing programs
  • Work closely with businessstakeholdersto co-create and execute impactful marketing campaigns,leveragingthe latest marketing thinking– this includes designing and drivingend-to-end campaignplanningwithmulti-channel execution: inbound/outbound, content-driven, events,social media, website/SEO/SEM,sponsorships Accountable for ROI and attribution.
  • Criticallyreviewpropositions, content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and web for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
  • Beresponsible forassessing return on investment of all marketing activity,leveraginginsights to inform future activities Translate client or market problems into marketing strategies; connect campaigns to business outcomes and client value.
  • Project and budget management, track milestones, budgets, and resources;maintainhigh-quality execution andtimelydelivery
  • Foster andmaintainstrong relationships inside PwC-both within the C&M community with (marketing colleagues, Industry drivers, priority accountteamsand global counterparts) and our markets leadership (Industry Leaders, Business Market Leaders,Priority100AccountsLead, Growth Priority Leads etc)
  • Ensureall brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to
  • Champion PwC’s brand byleveragingthe visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • Minimumof5years' experience with formal qualifications in marketing, experience in a B2B, professional services or financial services will be favoured
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services sectors.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders and to simplify complex technical content for external multiple channels (inclwebcopy/eDMs/event invites/social media posts)
  • You can work in high pressure environments and deliver on tight deadlines, moving between planning and execution seamlessly.
  • Deeply understand client needs, industry context, and pain points; design messaging and campaigns that address those needs.
  • Strongstakeholder management, builds trust,credibilityand influenceamong internal teamsThrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment; adjust plans as priorities shift; manage competing deadlines calmly.
  • Showscuriosityand continuous learningGenerate fresh ideas for demand generation, thought leadership, branding, and integrated campaigns; balance creativity with business impact
  • An analytical mindset andleveragedatafordecision making
