We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and hands-on Marketing and Communications Lead (for Central America and the Caribbean) to drive sales and growth, elevate our brand and positioning, and foster collaboration across our diverse markets. You will be responsible for setting the Marketing and Communications strategy across Central America and the Caribbean.
Based in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), this hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will develop a marketing & communications strategy for Marsh, with disciplined execution, balancing priorities with operational excellence and agility. Collaborating closely with business leaders and global Centers of Excellence, you will deliver impactful, measurable campaign actions that generate demand, nurture existing client relationships, elevate our voice in the market, expand market share and support revenue growth. Your role will encompass both direct and indirect leadership, ensuring alignment and high performance across functions.
