Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club offers an exceptional golfing experience, featuring two meticulously maintained courses: The Pines, the only Arnold Palmer designed golf course in Australia, and The Palms golf course, both providing a world-class golfing experience complemented by superb golfing and leisure facilities.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in strengthening the Club's brand, enhancing member engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You will coordinate the Club's communications channels, assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns, develop engaging content, manage website and digital updates, and contribute to the promotion of the Club's facilities, events, and membership offerings.

Some of the role’s responsibilities include:

• Compiling and distributing the weekly Member’s Update and other communication as required
• Managing content across multiple platforms
• Assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing and communications plans tailored to various stakeholders
• Drafting engaging, professional, and clear communication in line with the Club’s objectives and values
• Adhering to the Club’s brand guidelines, values, and objectives
• Continuously enhancing the Club’s use of communications tools including website, app, e-communication, media resources, and printed collateral

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience in a marketing and communications role, or be a recent graduate with strong demonstrated skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and content creation abilities
• Experience coordinating communication across multiple digital and traditional channels
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, creative approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with digital tools including Meta Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
• Knowledge of and/or interest in golf will be highly regarded
