Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports operational, logistical, and administrative tasks with the Marketing and Communications team in their daily activities.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms with a strong emphasis on lead generation strategy—leveraging inbound marketing, and lead nurturing techniques to drive qualified leads and support business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive lead generation strategy—defining how leads are captured, qualified, organized, and distributed across channels such as events, digital platforms, and CRM systems to support sales growth.

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate support for team internal clients’ needs, including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and related tasks.
  2. Generate, organize, and distribute high-quality leads to the sales team by leveraging CRM tools, campaign activity, events, and digital marketing efforts.
  3. Produce marketing communications materials as needed by businesses.
  4. Support in preparing team reports for monitored performance.
  5. Handle administrative tasks for projects and activities, including scheduling, meeting documentation, announcements, project checklists, and follow-ups for the division.
  6. Collaborate with other teams on assigned marketing and communications or corporate projects.
  7. Translation coordination with internal teams.

Digital Marketing:

  • Regular research and suggest new social media strategies.
  • Assist with multimedia content such as videos and infographics, as needed.
  • Weekly preparation of email campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis post campaign.
  • Analyze data with tools like Google Analytics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Provide optimization recommendations post-campaign.
  • Social media support, through content that gives continuity to the strategy, sending leads from these channels to the corresponding areas.
  • Strategy analysis, delivery of monthly results according to the objective and ROI of the investment.

Communications:

  • Assist in drafting internal newsletters and announcements.
  • Weekly maintenance of the intranet content and internal events coordination for publish.
  • Support marketing team administration, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and brand sentiment monitoring for campaign implementation.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce) and enhance brand reputation through strategic customer satisfaction efforts and feedback by ensuring status of leads are updated.
  • Complies with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives including, but not limited to:
  • Demonstrates strong obligation to SGS QHSEE policies, procedures and work instructions by actively participating in meetings, projects and events, completes required training, intervenes in unsafe situations, refuses unsafe work, and complies fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSEE
  • Perform appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace
  • Disposes or directs the disposal of waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with the disposal regulations and requirements, and in accordance with SGS Environmental Management System requirements
  • Reports all incidents, including near misses and hazards, that may affect the achievement of QHSEE objectives in accordance with SGS Incident Reporting and Management requirements
  • Efficiently uses all equipment, including safety equipment, and company owned property in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to immediate superior
  • Maintains a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines
  • Maintains awareness of the safety and health related hazards and environmental aspects and proposes action plans to control the risks to immediate superior or QHSEE Coordinators
  • Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management
  • Fulfills the requirements needed in the success of the QHSEE Management System
  • Recognizes the potential consequences of not following the established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including not fulfilling the organization’s compliance obligations

Requisitos

  • A graduate of a 4-year course in marketing, marketing communications, or communication arts or a business course with communications component.
  • Adequate written/editorial skills in terms of writing marketing-related materials
  • 1-2 years marketing or marketing communications-related experience
  • Has a keen eye for details, process-orientation, and is a creative/innovative thinker in a marketing and marketing communications perspective.
  • Skilled in coordinating, liaising with, and guiding teams.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, CRM Systems, Adobe Suite, and other applications as per SGS guidelines.
  • Experienced with digital and online communication tools, and adept at using various media effectively and responsibly.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work well in a team.
  • Adequate fluency in spoken English.
