Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager with strong expertise in paid media to join a consultancy mission with our client in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us as a K-Stone while working within the client's Marketing and Communications environment. The department develops and implements strategic campaigns for the brand, customer segments and services, manages internal and external communications, and contributes to a positive brand experience for customers and stakeholders.

This mission focuses on strengthening brand and segment campaigns through thoughtful strategy, creative impact and measurable results. It requires proven expertise in paid media, large-scale brand campaigns and cross-media campaign management.

Your Responsibilities:

Under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, you will:

• Play a key role in delivering visible, impactful campaigns.
• Develop and manage major brand and segment campaigns from strategic concept through evaluation.
• Translate business strategy, marketing strategy, brand positioning and segment insights into clear, focused and inspiring briefs for creative and media agencies.
• Challenge external agencies on strategy, creativity and media efficiency while safeguarding quality, timing, budget and brand consistency.
• Work closely with teams and colleagues across the client's Marketing and Communications department and with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
• Monitor campaign results and turn insights into concrete optimisations and learnings for future campaigns.

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of experience in communication with a clear focus on paid media and campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience with large-scale brand campaigns, segment campaigns and/or product campaigns using a mix of online and offline media.
• Proven experience with large-scale brand campaigns involving significant media budgets is mandatory.
• Strong ability to structure and turn ideas into concrete actions, producing clear, focused and action-oriented briefs.
• Experience working with creative and media agencies and the ability to manage them professionally.
• Ability to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• A structured working style, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain oversight across complex projects.
• Strong organisational insight.
• Ability to see the overall picture and apply strategic, helicopter-view thinking.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Diplomatic, customer-oriented communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, a customer-oriented mindset and affinity with upscale clientele.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels.
• A proactive approach and strong team spirit.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education and Additional Requirements:

• Master's degree in Communication, Economics or Marketing, or equivalent through experience.
• No specific certification is required.
• No specific travel requirement is indicated.
• The working arrangement is expected to be 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
