, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is seeking a Communication & Marketing Executive for a charitable non-profit organization focused on transforming individuals from a state of need to one of self-ability, located in Sheraton, Cairo.
Job Role:
• Develop strategic plans for the marketing and communication department that align with organization objectives.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects to ensure goals are achieved.
• Monitor the team's performance and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
• Analyze market data and customer behavior to propose innovative marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing and media content across various channels (TV, Radio, Social Media).
• Prepare periodic performance reports on campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Marketing Team Lead or a similar role.
• Brand Management and Digital Marketing courses.
• Strong strategic planning, data analysis & market trend skills.
• Ability to develop, execute & manage innovative marketing campaigns.
• Communication, negotiation & cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (written & spoken).
