What the Role Entails

  • Social & Community Operations: Support day-to-day social media and Discord community management for the Western European (WEU) market. This includes the localization of marketing assets and the adaptation of copy to ensure alignment with local market preferences.

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include drafting creative scripts, supporting content production, and providing on-site operational support for shoots or offline events to ensure content accuracy.

  • Social Media Activations: Develop and execute local community engagement activities on social platforms under the guidance of Communication Managers.

  • Market Benchmarking: Monitor and report on gaming industry trends, influencer activities, and competitor social media campaigns within the designated home market.

  • Business Development Support: Assist in the growth of local brand partnerships by participating in meetings with potential partners and supporting the coordination and execution of collaborative projects.

Who We Look For

  • Passionate about gaming, familiar with battle royale or shooter mobile games.

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communication, Gaming, Business, or related fields.

  • Strong execution skills with good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities; detail-oriented and responsible.

  • Strong interest in marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and cross-cultural marketing; able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.

  • Native French speaker is preferred and proficiency in English as the business language is required
