Job Description

Job Purpose:
Analyze the product portfolio of the business, assess the context of competition and business opportunities of the company. and formulate the strategy of the business's Annual Plan and Medium-Term Plan, analyze and follow up on the performance in accordance with the goals. including the risks in the operation of the business

Responsibility:

  • Analyze and prepare data for strategic planning, Annual Plan and Medium-Term Plan of the business.
  • Analyze in-depth information and formulate a strategy for your business's product portfolio in the short and medium term.
  • Analyze data and follow up on business performance in accordance with goals. including business risks
  • Analyze and support information about business investment projects. To be information for the decision of the management
  • In-depth industry image analysis, trends and market directions in related industries in foreign countries such as ASEAN
  • Analyze and process marketing links. Customer and consumer behavior effectively
  • Analyze and propose a plan for strategic planning, annual plan and Medium -Term plan
  • Plan, manage, and estimate sales together with the sales department. To see the picture of the business in the medium term and the rolling sales plan to be close to selling according to the changing circumstances.
  • Prepare and present reports for executives/management of demand and overall overseas market sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Male 25 - 30 years old
  • Lao Nationality Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business administration or related field with more GPA Bachelor than 2.70 and Master than 3.30
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, hardworking, multi-tasked and be able to work under pressure
  • Able to travel locally and overseas
  • Excellent literate program, Excel, SPSS, Access/SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  • Have at least 1-2 years working experience in the field of sales and marketing
  • Have process knowledge in International Trade and Business Process to be advantage
  • Good command Thai and English.
  • Base salary start from 8,XXX,XXX LAK
