Job Description

Mission Details

Marketing:

  • Market research: Various downstream markets, product dynamic, upstream, competitors
  • Monitor regulations related to both refrigerants and foam applications
  • Support BU Asian management team to define Asian strategy. Support global strategic marketing
  • Product promotion and education in different channels

Technical support

  • Application knowledge hub: technical solutions, trainings and introductions for customers and sales team
  • Coordinate with R&D, commercial team and customers for needs identification, testing, trial, piloting
  • Support sales/marketing on other technical topics

Business Development:

  • Datacenter cooling: Work with global BD manager to identify opportunity in Liquid Cooling.
  • Datacenter cooling: Select and develop pilot customers for new product trial.
  • Support HVACR and rigid foam BD as needed.
