We are looking for a Marketing and Agronomy Manager to lead Yara Sweden's Marketing and Agronomy function, drive growth, profitability and customer value through strategic marketing, agronomic excellence and sustainable farming solutions.
The role combines commercial, agronomical and leadership responsibilities to strengthen Yara's market position, support business growth and ensure Yara's position as the leading knowledge partner in plant nutrition and sustainable agriculture. The position leads the development and execution of local marketing and agronomy strategies while driving innovation, digital agriculture adoption, customer engagement and stakeholder collaboration across the Swedish agricultural sector.
The position is a member of the Swedish Management Team and plays a key role in strengthening Yara's leadership within crop nutrition, digital agriculture, and sustainable farming.
Preferred location: Malmö, Sweden.
