Responsibilities

1. Analyze marketing and campaign performance data across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
2. Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business outcomes.
3. Evaluate customer acquisition funnels, campaign effectiveness, and channel performance to support marketing decision-making.
4. Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI.
5. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support data-driven planning, experimentation, forecasting, and performance optimization

Requirements

1. 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of marketing metrics and funnels, including acquisition, conversion, CAC, ROI/ROAS, retention, and campaign performance.
3. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and other cross-functional teams
