
Purpose of the role:
This role supports Marketing needs and involves collecting, interpreting, and analyzing complex datasets to reveal trends, risks, and opportunities that guide strategic decisions. It supports the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. The role fosters collaboration across departments to align data initiatives with business needs and partners with the data engineering team to maintain data availability and reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
Consult with and influence Marketers and other stakeholders throughout the full campaign cycle to adopt strategies and constructs that optimize KPI performance
Collaborate closely with Marketing stakeholders to understand campaign goals, tactics, strategies and KPIs
Develop measurement strategies and measure campaign performance; generate and present meaningful and actionable insights in an influential manner that Marketers can use to drive KPI performance
Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of the data used for analysis
Foster collaboration with other departments to understand their needs and ensure that data initiatives are relevant and impactful
Partner with the data engineering team to ensure our data is available and accurate
Other job duties as assigned based on focus of the role
Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, preferred or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
3–5 years’ experience in a relevant role or field
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Please note that this is a hybrid position and requires going to the Guadalajara office 3-4 times per week.
