In this role, you will sit at the center of the Miracle ‑Ear Franchise marketing organization, translating marketing data into actionable insights that influence real business decisions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with cross ‑functional teams and senior leaders while balancing hands ‑on analytics with people leadership responsibilities.
Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$120,000
Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.
