Job Description

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specialized in spare parts and services for the aftermarket.

It leverages the expertise of original equipment (OE) series production for its well-established product line, along with additional capabilities in electrification and digitalization, supplying partners in distribution, auto parts retail, and engine repair workshops.

Products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and customized training offerings, complete the portfolio.

Your Contributions

  • Organize both in-person and online events (industry trade shows, conferences, lectures, training sessions, plant tours, workshops, webinars, live sessions, etc.), as well as participate in industry events in order to identify new business opportunities, explore new communication formats, and/or maintain relationships with the market;
  • Participate in meetings with the global marketing team, sharing communication initiatives as well as planning and results of regional activities;
  • Plan branding and customer relationship initiatives, considering all links in the value chain;
  • Assess the feasibility and/or need for sales incentive actions, support field teams and customers in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities;
  • Support the implementation of digital sales channels, such as marketplace and/or e-commerce platforms.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications (Advertising), Business Administration, or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing with event organization – preferably in the industrial sector;
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus;
  • Availability to work in Limeira – SP (on-site position).
