About This Role

Location: Franklin, TN corporate office with remote work flexibility

This position involves executing various analysis and marketing tasks with a primary goal and objective of improving Acadia and its brands. This role is the lead analyst role and will own the data, systems, and processes that inform our data-driven marketing approach across the entire department. Knowing the ins and outs as the resident expert for our data collection systems, tracking solutions, visualization tools, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytical approach are all key responsibilities for this lead role. This role will manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager across Acadia’s many websites to ensure accurate tracking, consistent implementation, reliable reporting, and scalable measurement practices. This is a visionary role that looks beyond what is currently being done and builds new systems, reports, automated workflows, and processes that allow the department to be more agile, efficient, accurate, urgent, and strategic in our marketing approach. This role will responsibly use approved AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance workflow automation, identify process improvements, and support faster, more consistent marketing insights. Leading peers to execute on improved workflows, analysis approach/activation, automation adoption, tracking governance, and ensure data integrity is required. The scope of marketing data analysis crosses all areas including website optimization, paid media strategy, marketing automation, brand reputation & PR, and more.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data capturing systems and visualization tools, ensuring 95% + data accuracy.
  • Leverage approved AI-enabled tools to streamline recurring reporting, automate manual marketing workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, and improve speed, consistency, and accuracy of analysis.
  • Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager across Acadia’s many websites, including tracking implementation, tag governance, event measurement, QA, troubleshooting, and alignment with reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve across all areas of the department with urgency.
  • Create new daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards, alerts, templates, and repeatable processes that support faster decision-making across marketing channels.
  • Marketing tools / platform audits & maintenance to ensure data integrity.
  • Evaluate emerging AI and automation capabilities for appropriate business use, including opportunities for predictive insights, campaign optimization, data quality improvement, and process standardization.
  • Data analysis from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other internally used platforms.
  • Competitor research & analysis.
  • Implement project tasks, meet timelines, and communicate effectively.
  • Continuously strive for quality improvement by identifying and understanding issues and opportunities.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • REQUIRED: Google Analytics PREFERRED: Salesforce CRM Analytics

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:

Normal hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity. This role requires availability outside of normal business hours. Typical office working conditions.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with complex data analysis, strategy optimization, and EXCEL.
  • 4+ years of experience in traditional and/or digital marketing campaign development and analysis.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.
  • Experience managing GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event tracking, tag implementation, data quality validation, and troubleshooting across multiple websites.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, marketing automation, workflow automation, or data visualization tools, with the ability to apply them responsibly to improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data and information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures, and practices prescribed by the organization.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels, internal and external, both written and verbally.

RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience using AI-assisted reporting, predictive analytics, marketing automation platforms, or workflow automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve marketing operations.

  • Must be able to perform essential functions listed on the job description, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to sit and stand, intermittent 8 to 10 hours a day.
  • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Must be able to speak to medium-sized audience with and without the use of a microphone.
  • Must be able to use standard office equipment, including the telephone and computer keyboard.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high pressure or urgent situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including flying and driving rental cars.
