The Marketing Analyst II supports the Marketing Manager in executing and tracking marketing initiatives, primarily for ABC Medical’s intermittent catheter business. This role focuses on campaign execution, content support, digital communications, reporting, and administrative coordination. The coordinator works closely with internal teams to deliver programs that improve customer retention, clinician engagement, and brand visibility through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Campaign & Customer Communication – 25%

  • Assist with end-user retention email campaigns (i.e., MIRC campaign, Connect “Touchless” adoption campaign, etc.) to support monthly reorder revenue.
  • Draft and update customer-facing newsletter and blog content for review and approval.
  • Manage agency vendors in development of blog content.
  • Track and report on performance of newsletters, blogs, and email campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare customer communication drafts for discontinued products, compliance outreach, and urgent notices for U.S. team approval.

Sales & Internal Marketing Support – 25%

  • Provide digital marketing materials to Sales teams (payer guides, brochures, templates, updates).
  • Assist with creation of sales training materials related to ABC Medical’s Online Clinician Portal (FAQs, Guides, Video Tutorials)
  • Maintain organized libraries of approved marketing assets and resources.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for ongoing reordering of print marketing materials
  • Manage logistics for Venminder (for vendor approval) and Coupa (vendor bill payment)
  • Support virtual onboarding of new sales representatives with marketing tools and documentation.
  • Assist with preparation of materials for sales meetings (slides, handouts, digital resources).

Customer Feedback & Online Monitoring – 15%

  • Execute weekly CSAT survey process, and provide monthly insights for internal review.
  • Monitor social media comments, blog comments, and general marketing inbox messages.
  • Flag and escalate any potential escalated complaints to U.S.-based leadership.

Digital Marketing & Partner Support – 35%

  • Manage social media content creation by developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar, coordinating drafts and approvals, and scheduling posts across approved platforms.
  • Support ongoing management of ABC Medical’s website (HubSpot), including content updates, page edits, new page creation, and continuous improvements to layout, navigation, and user experience.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly summary reports.
  • Assist with managing manufacturer marketing deliverables (ads, emails, posts, reports).
  • Track and reconcile marketing budget expenses in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with managing company website with landing page updates/additions.

Essential Functions of the Role**:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based teams across time zones.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, email, project management platforms).

Work Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content support.
  • Experience with email campaigns, content management, or marketing reporting.
  • Prior experience working with external marketing agencies or vendors to support content development and campaign execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely

Education Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Graphic Design platforms: Canva, VistaPrint Designer, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and summarize insights clearly.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
