We are seeking a CRM Marketing Analyst to drive the analytical framework for personalization within our Superapp. This role is responsible for transforming behavioral data into actionable communication strategies that optimize the end-to-end user journey. You will provide the quantitative evidence required to scale our CRM operations, ensuring that all automated and ad-hoc engagements drive incremental value and long-term retention. This role requires expertise in marketing analytics, specifically across performance and CRM channels. You will collaborate closely with the product marketing team: build comprehensive dashboards, design & analyze tests, and ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable & positive impact. Your insights will play a key role in scaling global CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns across CRM channels
  • Build automated reports and dashboards to track channel efficiency, user acquisition & retention
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to assess impact of messaging, creatives, targeting, and product changes
  • Contribute to marketing budget planning by forecasting outcomes of proposed initiatives
  • Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys and increase conversion
  • Develop and refine the analytical logic underpinning user segmentation & behavioral triggers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product or growth analytics roles
  • Proven track record working with CRM or performance channel data
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Python or R for statistical modeling, cluster analysis, and data manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and/or attribution modeling
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Professional working proficiency in English
