The Strategy, Business Planning and Operations function within Asia Pacific (AP) Marketing supports planning, operations, performance management and strategic initiatives across the region. The team partners closely with market, regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment against key business priorities. At the heart of this agenda is an active AI transformation of Marketing, reshaping how AP Marketing operates, plans and communicates through intelligent tools and new ways of working.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy, Business Planning and Operations, this role supports the Head of Strategy, Insights and Analytics across planning, communications, reporting, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Based in Singapore, the role spans six focus areas: Financial Planning, Reporting and Operations, Office of the CMO, People & Culture, AI and Strategic Projects, providing broad exposure to how Marketing is a growth driver for Visa in AP.
