We are a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we are

growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We are actively seeking a Marketing Analyst,

Digital & Content to join our team and work with all verticals across the program to assist

with video content, interviews, press releases, and editing. Ideal candidates will be detail-

oriented, familiar with the startup ecosystem, driven, articulate, and enjoy working with

others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

• Working with members from each team to manage the communication and thought

leadership

• Editing content for articles and websites
• Recording and editing major events before publishing
• Updating the website with new corporate partners and members to your team
• Scheduling interviews with corporate partners and startups before and after batches

Content & Creative

• Assist in writing and editing content for blogs, reports, lead magnets, case studies,

and interviews (our content is around innovation, startups, venture capital, and

technology trends).

• Propose optimizations for the published content for stronger organic performance

across search and AI-driven discovery platforms.

• Design social media graphics, presentations, one-pagers, event collateral, and other

marketing assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Research and propose visuals, including photos, videos, infographics, and social

assets to support written content.

• Repurpose existing content into different formats for stronger cross-platform

engagement.

Digital Marketing

• Update and develop web content tailored to specific buyer personas and customer

journeys.

• Analyze and optimize on-site SEO (meta tags, structure, internal linking) and content

performance.

• Assist in executing growth experiments across email, web, and social channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content across channels (LinkedIn,

Instagram, X, Facebook), including Reels and other vertical formats.

• Monitor website performance (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, rankings) and deliver

actionable insights.

Marketing Operations

• Support internal marketing requests from Plug and Play's APAC teams, including

startup programs, corporate innovation initiatives, events, and partner activities.

• Conduct market, competitor, and ecosystem research to support marketing

initiatives.

• Organize and maintain marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
• Help plan and implement marketing automation initiatives to improve funnel

performance and conversions.

Events

• Capture and create short-form photo and video content during events, interviews,

and ecosystem activities.

• Assist with marketing support for regional events and startup programs.

Learning & Growth

• Stay up to date on social media trends, platform algorithms, content formats, and

digital marketing best practices.

• Research competitor campaigns, content strategies, and emerging communication

trends.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Fluent and good written skills in English
• To be based in Singapore
• Fresh or recent graduates preferred or final year university students that can join as

an intern and convert to full time eventually.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
• Familiarity with Wix, HubSpot, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Basic experience in photography, videography, or video editing is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing design, marketing, or creative projects is preferred.
• Passion for innovation, startups, technology, and venture capital.
