The Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing data-informed marketing content and analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and results. This role blends creative content development with analytical insight, ensuring marketing initiatives are both compelling and effective. The ideal candidate is both strategic and analytical, capable of producing impactful content while using data to guide marketing decisions, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Content Strategy & Development
· Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and organizational initiatives.
· Create and manage content across multiple channels including social media, email, web, blog, and digital campaigns.
· Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets, campaign messaging, and storytelling initiatives.
· Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing priorities and organizational goals.
Marketing Analytics & Insights
· Analyze performance across marketing channels including social media, email, website traffic, and digital campaigns.
· Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and audience engagement.
· Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and content effectiveness.
· Monitor marketing performance and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
· Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine messaging and campaign performance.
Campaign Support & Optimization
· Partner with marketing leadership to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
· Track campaign effectiveness and measure ROI across marketing channels.
· Support marketing initiatives by aligning content development with campaign objectives and performance insights.
· Present performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
· Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
· Experience managing content across digital channels including social media, email, and web.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into strategy.
· Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or CRM reporting platforms.
· Proficiency in Excel or other reporting tools for data analysis.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Education and/or

Experience:
· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or marketing analytics.
· Experience developing data-driven marketing strategies.
· Familiarity with marketing dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
· Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Math Ability:
Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software, analytics software.
