Responsible for providing operational, administrative, and tactical support to the Marketing team including promotional initiatives, logistics coordination, events, purchase orders, key account support, and Showpad administration.
Provide support to key accounts such as Sala Uno, Sanborns, Lentes Plus, and distributors.
Collaborate with KOLs and internal stakeholders for event planning.
Assist in cycle guide preparation and sales support materials.
Support planning and execution of marketing events and distributor meetings.
Coordinate invitations, registrations, materials, and event logistics.
Support promotional initiative development and commercial mechanics.
Administer and maintain Showpad content and organization.
Coordinate purchasing processes for promotional and marketing materials.
Manage logistics and shipments for sales force materials and distributor activities.
Generate and follow up on purchase orders and vendor documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to coordinate vendors, logistics, and administrative processes.
