
To support the development of digital content designed for modern search and AI-driven discovery platforms
•Assist with the creation and optimization of digital marketing content including website copy, blogs/articles, social media content, product marketing copy, email marketing content, and video scripts
•Help develop content strategies focused on AI search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
•Write and organize content in ways that improve discoverability and readability for search engines and AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT and other LLM-based tools
•Conduct research on content trends, AI search behavior, keywords, and competitive positioning
•Support campaign execution and ongoing marketing initiatives through content development and organization
•Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with brand standards and business goals
Must be:

•Creative with a strong interest in AI, digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and emerging technologies
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team
Must have:
•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
•Understanding of or willingness to learn about AI search, LLMs, AEO, and GEO concepts
•A willingness to learn and support a variety of projects and tasks
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•No experience required
•Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
Prospective interns must:
•Be legally authorized to work in the United States
•Be at least in the equivalency of successfully completing Sophomore year of college before starting the internship
•Work on-site in Duryea, Pennsylvania full-time for a minimum of 1 summer OR work part-time for a minimum of 1 school semester
•Not have a conflict of interest with the department manager (i.e. family member)
•Provide approval documents from their college or university to receive college credit, if applicable
•Ability to work continuously on-site in the Duryea, Pennsylvania facility during winter break(s) preferred
