Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing preferably in veterinary professional engagement and small companion animal brands

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

  • Choose target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develop consumer insight, understand target consumer perceived values of brands
  • Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
  • Deliver tastiest and healthiest petfood experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV
  • Understand shopper behaviors and motivations of target consumers and their pets, helps design shopping experience that delight consumers/shoppers. Contributes to pricing and promotion strategy
  • Understand behaviors, motivations and needs of veterinary professionals, helps design pricing and promotion strategy to drive vets’ recommendation
  • Ensure consumer and veterinarian centricity, apply innovation levers, contribute and execute innovation, maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
  • Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact and prioritizes investments of her/his brands.
  • Contribute to the development of brand ideas, engagement strategies and create relevant and memorable brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and relevant external stakeholders. Ensure all brand communication executed in line with brand guidelines
  • Engage with veterinary communities to establish trust and credibility for the long term health of brand

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management, brand building, and brand communication/activation in small companion animal brands and veterinary professional engagements
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Experience leading/managing new product launches
