Join a fast-paced marketing team where creativity meets organisation. You will support the execution of campaigns across multiple hospitality brands, helping bring ideas to life across digital, print, and on-site activations.

🎯 Your Role

• 
  Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
• 
  Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• 
  Coordinate social media content creation, scheduling, and posting
• 
  Support updates to websites, menus, promotional materials, and internal communications
• 
  Monitor digital platforms and assist with paid campaign setup and reporting
• 
  Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign schedules
• 
  Liaise with suppliers, designers, printers, photographers, and external partners
• 
  Organise and manage marketing assets, brand files, and visual content libraries
• 
  Support events, launches, and promotional activities, including on-site assistance when required
• 
  Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing documentation
• 
  Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and standards

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 
  Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a similar support role (advantageous)
• 
  Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 
  Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• 
  Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• 
  Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese
• 
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit
