KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Specialist you will:

  • Lead and follow up processes related to Logistics, Marketing and Trade Marketing for the category assigned for Latin America.
  • Follow up on price chains, portfolio and health registration processes for Latin America.
  • Responsible for keeping the schedule of initiatives in the category and sample management.
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects, while guiding and supporting the work of team members.
  • Support and deliver effective marketing programs that will help our brand’s reputation and growth.
  • Digital & In-store Activations Support.
  • Lead CPS readiness and execution tracking of promo packs and initiatives.
  • Steward of the business through budget tracking, PO creation and audits.
  • Keep monthly tracking of .main KPIs
  • Work with creative agencies,

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with a career interest in Marketing
  • Up to 3 years of previous experience in related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
