Bits of your job:

• Manage the calendar, meetings (agendas, notes), documents and document structures, reviews, follow-up actions, travel

• Coordinate internal and cross-functional communication

• Supporting team procedures & helping establish new ones

• Communication support with external partners, partner search

• Support marketing project tracking, progress

• Reporting of key weekly/monthly/quarterly performance information

• Reporting to CMO

• And other assignment tasks

Requirements

Key expectations:

• Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Eager to learn and grow (in marketing or management area)

• Fluency in English language

Salary: From 1,200 €/mon. net
