Marketing Activation Manager

Ho Chi Minh City | Vietnam (VN) | Full-time | Permanent

1. ROLE PURPOSE

The Marketing Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing activation initiatives that promote our pharmaceutical, healthcare & beauty products. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and dynamics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement plans that engage healthcare professionals and patients effectively.

Marketing activation management

Campaign Strategy Development:

1. • Design and implement comprehensive marketing activation strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patients, in alignment with brand objectives and compliance regulations.
   • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform campaign development.

Execution and Management:

2. • Lead the execution of promotional campaigns, including workshops, conferences, digital marketing, and point-of-care initiatives, visibilities, activation program, and key stakeholder partnership development
   • Build KOL pool and gain endorsement for Stada products.
   • Being the key touch point in communicating with relevant medical associations
   • Collaborate with sales teams to support field activities and ensure activation strategies resonate with the target audience.

Regulatory Compliance:

3. • Ensure all marketing activations adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
   • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals for promotional materials and campaigns.

Performance Analysis:

4. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
   • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and budget allocations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

5. • Work in tandem with product management, sales, medical affairs, and digital teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of activation strategies.
   • Partner with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign outreach.

Innovation and Trends:

6. • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical marketing.
   • Leverage insights to innovate marketing approaches and engage audiences effectively.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Be an active and proactive key member of the Marketing team.
• Create a sense of common purpose across local commercial teams and cross-functional teams and share business/sales imperatives, by establishing clear and positive messages about what needs to be achieved.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

WORKING EXPERIENCE

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
