
We are seeking a Marketing Account Manager or Junior Account Manager, who is confident, sociable, and highly organised to join our growing team. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with creativity and precision. You will oversee campaign planning and execution while building lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals.
Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum negotiable
You will be responsible for:
Client Relations:
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person and online meetings, understanding their needs, and providing tailored marketing solutions.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring they meet client objectives. This includes overseeing the creative development of campaigns, setting up and tracking performance, and optimising as needed.
Content & Creative Development:
• Collaborate on content ideas for social media, email, and ad campaigns. Bring creativity to your work with clients, ensuring their campaigns are engaging and effective.
• Measure, report, and evaluate campaign performance against client KPIs, using insights to guide campaign improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Reporting:
• Copywriting: Crafting compelling copy for Facebook ads and social media posts to drive engagement and conversions.
• Market Research: Conducting market research using various software tools and analysing clients' monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
• Client Reporting: Preparing monthly reports and campaign approval documents for clients.
We need someone who is:

Able to think outside the box to bring fresh ideas to campaigns, while keeping the client's brand at the heart of everything.
• Organised and Efficient:
Able to manage multiple clients, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in digital marketing (min. 2 years agency or client-side).
• Digital Marketing Knowledge.
Experience in managing and implementing marketing campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on social media, email marketing, content creation.
