Iron Mountain is seeking a highly analyticalMarket & Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Customer & Market Intelligence team In this role, you will be responsible for executing global Voice of the Customer research programs and applying advanced analytics to reveal actionable customer insights

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Execute the full lifecycle of Voice of the Customer research programs—including data preparation, questionnaire building, and distribution—to deliver comprehensive dashboard reporting and strategic presentations
Collaborate with the Senior Customer Experience Manager and business leaders to synthesize research findings into strategic insights and practical recommendations that fuel global expansion
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maturing the team’s operational processes, research policies, and standards to scale and optimize global performance
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or Customer Experience within complex Business-to-Business environments
Strong knowledge of Customer Experience management platforms (such as Qualtrics), Customer Relationship Management data analysis (such as Salesforce), and the use of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models to accelerate research synthesis
Proven ability in basic statistical analysis methods and the interpretation of financial data to assess competitor health and visualize market trends
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field; Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) or Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) certifications are a plus
