Cintas is seeking a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include focusing on increasing a location's overall to new business customers in a designated service area; and hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers in order to conduct goodwill visits. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• Experience with recruiting, hiring and training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Sales management experience
• 2 - 5 years' outside sales experience
• New business-to business account development experience
• Industrial sales background
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
• Ability to travel to up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $120,000 - $170,000/Year and is a combination of base salary, and annual target bonus, plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
