This position would be the go-to research specialist who can provide necessary guidance and insight for primary research as well as some secondary research, covering various types of client industry sectors. Primary research will be supported by external research vendors, so coordination and project management skills are essential. Around half of the work is routine annual tracking surveys, but the other half will be adhoc. In some cases, we need to be creative about the methodology itself. Therefore, it is a plus if you are a curious and flexible thinker who can explore and combine various conventional techniques as well as new ones. In any case, you will be working closely with guidance from the head of research and a senior planner.
Responsibility:
Be nimble at providing actionable consumer/customer and media insight
Conduct and/or oversee a variety of primary quantitative and qualitative research assignments
Select, lead and coordinate with appropriate research partners
Moderating FGIs, or conducting 1 on 1 interviews, desk research, media analysis, social media analysis
Requirements:
English – Business
Minimum 3 year experience as a researcher/project manager who can write questionnaires, interview guides, does the analysis and reporting by him/herself
