Our client, a distinguished financial institution. They are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead a team within the Marketing Department to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, identifying high-potential target markets, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities
• Diligently monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports and research findings to drive improvement
• Facilitate smooth and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance the flow of sales ideas and insights
• Work in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure tight alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives
• Provide strategic support to senior management in formulating the company's long-term strategic plan, and author comprehensive written updates on business progress
• Actively participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, preferably in the asset management sector. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower-level position
• Advanced academic degrees or relevant professional qualifications would be an advantage
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader business, economic, and market environment in which the asset management firm operates
• Possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends to formulate strategic business plans
• Proficient in using tools such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Lipper
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
