Job Identification
We are looking for a Market & Research Analysis Executive to join our Commercial Excellence Directorate at Group Office level. This role is responsible for transforming market and research data into actionable insights to support commercial decision-making. Working within a CCA and Center of Excellence framework, the position will contribute to standardization, insight development, and the sharing of best practices across CCI.
What We Expect
- Conducting, analyzing and gathering all consumer, shopper and retail information, trends, research results by working with agencies, TCCC, sales and marketing teams to translate business requirements into results. Preparing consolidated monthly Retail audit panel reports across all CCI.
- Leading generation of research processes and analysis to facilitate decision-making against business needs and provides in-depth understanding of market dynamics to support CCI operation to plan better shopper marketing and RGM strategies and to identify key issues and opportunities for profitable growth.
- Ensuring data quality and effective usage of on-going reports. Consistently propose new ways and techniques to increase awareness and quality of the reports and reporting tools. Ensuring the health of the retail audit panel in countries by doing coverage analysis periodically to ensure the health of the panel.
- Guiding research and analytics to map growth opportunities; combine all relevant Shopper & RED data with analytics to create better business stories. Proactively deliver analyses and reports in line with the countries’ development areas.
- Building a best in class automated system for routine reporting and analytics by using primary and secondary data sources. Create system alignment with TCCC K&I and commercial teams.
- Providing necessary data, analysis and outputs for cross functional teams, country operations and top management presentations. Able to build networks across functions in order to support BP process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Engineering or related field of studies
- Preferably minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Expert on panel research and analytical tools, experience working with market data, consumer insights, and research methodologies
- Basic financial acumen, with the ability to link market insights to financial performance
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively manage both internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and structured way
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-country teams
- Fluent in English
