ObjectiveProfessionally represent Cellular Sales to prospective candidates. Source resumes, interview applicants by telephone, email, in person, or by other means for the purpose of filling open sales positions or to build a bench of approved candidates. Schedule and structure interviews, document responses and record in applicant tracking system. Assist candidates and other interviewers with the process.

Required Education and Experience
AS Degree in business is required; BS Degree is a Business field is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Sales experience is preferred in addition to the requirements above.
