Your Contribution

• Working with decisionmakers (government, architects, specifiers etc.) with the target to specify SCHOTT glass into the relevant tenders.
• Monitoring changes and new tendencies of the Indian building code. Participation at relevant standard committees
• Participation at relevant exhibitions
• Monitoring and analyzing the Indian market, especially competitors and their activities
• Regular technical exchange and update about new systems with the German team.
• Follow Local and Global Vision and Values as defined by the Management.
• Adhere to departmental procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO Systems, GMP, Lean, and EHS standards.
• Perform any other duties or functions assigned from time to time by the Management (Superiors)

Your Profile

• Location: New Delhi, NCR
• Qualification: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) OR Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) OR Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) OR Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• 4 – 8 years experience
• Identification of key decision makers in Government and public enterprises, present SCHOTT fire rated glass to them
• Support customers in fire tests by proper guidance in installation
• Post test analysis of performance of glass
• Identification of key customers in private sector (architects, contractors, designers and other key decision makers and present SCHOTT to them
• Working closely with SCHOTT customers and end customers to identify projects and support them to win the projects by pitching SCHOTT
• Working with FG Glass for joint testing, with end customers for joint testing
• Marketing and publicizing SCHOTT fire rated glass in various social media platforms
• Regular travel all India to all private and public enterprises
• Preparing with SCHOTT Germany the budget for all above activities, ensuring timely implementation of identified activities and doing cost benefit analysis
