Bartlett Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a strong leader to join our Boise Production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing or construction experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. As a Market Production Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day production operations for your market, support and develop your team, solve problems as they arise, and help ensure every project meets Bartlett Roofing’s standards.

What You’ll Do

As the Market Production Manager, you’ll oversee Schedulers, Quality Control Team Leads, and QC Representatives while serving as the primary point of contact for production operations within your market.

You will:

• Lead and support QC Team Leads and QC Representatives to ensure installations meet Bartlett Roofing standards.
• Manage day-to-day production operations and address issues before they become larger problems.
• Partner with QC Team Leads to resolve warranty concerns and customer issues.
• Conduct weekly Production team meetings and daily check-ins with QC Representatives.
• Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and geographically to support QC teams and maintain a strong production pipeline.
• Work closely with Production Management, Sales, and Regional Sales Management to keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as the main point of contact for production-related issues within your market.
• Determine solutions for customer, crew, and project concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Production Management, Sales teams, and company leadership.
• Assist with the training, development, and continued growth of QC teams.
• Help create an organized, accountable, and high-performing Production team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of roofing, construction, or related industry experience.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence making decisions, solving problems, and taking ownership.
• A solution-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
