As a Market Principal – Buildings and Structures within our New Zealand business, you will lead local and regional market growth for Buildings and Structures by building trusted client relationships, converting opportunities into profitable work, and providing visible leadership and pastoral care to the local Structures team. This role combines strong technical credibility with a clear focus on business development, client confidence, commercial performance and team culture.

Ideally, you will have 15+ years’ experience with demonstrated technical expertise in Buildings and Structures within a consultancy environment in New Zealand.
