What You’ll Do:

Lead the Team

  • Provide insight and guidance on company initiatives and changes.

  • Adapt leadership styles to empower your team.

  • Develop succession plans and possess strong recruitment and development abilities.

  • Foster an environment where everyone can thrive and set the pace as a role model.

  • Embrace a culture of individual and team development through personal development plans, recognition, check-ins, mentoring, clear direction and timely coaching, and continuous learning.

  • Lead with integrity, hold yourself and team members accountable while adhering to company policies.

Run It Like You Own It

  • Execute a profitable portfolio of restaurants based on profit margins and sales growth.

  • Demonstrate high P&L acumen, analyze P&L trends and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Implement practices meeting high operational standards and champion change.

  • Possess a visionary mindset, strategic planning, and time management skills.

  • Plan and conduct impactful site visits, admin days, workshops, and business meetings.

Unbridled Hospitality

  • Lead and empower your team to exceed guest expectations through Red Robin hospitality standards.

  • Manage multiple demands effectively with a positive attitude.

Delivering up Awesome American Food

  • Ensure adherence to culinary standards and compliance with all food safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Candidate must live in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island or be willing to relocate to one of these states

  • Travel may be required up to 75%, including overnight

  • 5+ years of experience in directing management teams in fast-paced environments

  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.

  • Demonstrated success in P&L and operations management

  • Proven leadership skills with talent assessment and team-building abilities

  • High ethical standards and a role model for others

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Red Robin cultural fit with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Preferred

  • 2 years of multi-unit leadership

  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting to 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally; Lifting overhead frequently.

  • Color and depth perception required for vision. Needs both near and far vision.

  • Twists and reaches regularly. Grasps objects to move or manipulate them frequently.

  • Stand and walk constantly.

  • Listen to and comprehend Team Members and guests over background and equipment noise.

  • Frequent hand washing required.

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer.

  • Expect to work with computers, iPad technology for inventory, calculators, copy machines, printers, desk supplies, cash drawers, food products and cooking equipment.

  • Must wear personal protective equipment as required by Red Robin and or mandated by local Health and Safety Departments.

Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $80,000.00
