CLEAResult, the North American leader in the design and implementation of Demand Side Management (DSM) programs for energy utility clients, is seeking a Market Outreach Specialist to support the successful delivery and expansion of client programs.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, increase program participation, and strengthen relationships with businesses and community organizations. You will play a key role in outreach strategy, market research, and program integration efforts that enhance customer satisfaction and advance program goals.   • Develop outreach tactics to recruit low-to-moderate income (LMI) customers and community support organizations
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base, including market needs and opportunities
  • Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events, presentations, and community engagements
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and field teams to enhance communication, resolve issues, and improve program satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and ensure timely follow-up on leads
  • Research target markets by collecting and analyzing data on businesses and identifying key partners and allies
  • Identify participation barriers and communicate critical insights and recommendations to the Program Manager
  • Support the overall program portfolio to ensure alignment with program goals and performance targets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational efficiencies and recommending enhancements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress toward program goals
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and customer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Exciting candidates will have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in outreach, community engagement, program coordination, or a related role
  • Experience planning and executing events, presentations, or community-based initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including businesses and community organizations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research markets, interpret data, and identify opportunities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or customer-facing programs is a plus

Target compensation:

$55,000–$60,000

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$52,000.00 - $74,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
